Smoked over a wood fire in Texas

Restoration Foods

Texas Smoked Coffee — organic Arabica roasted slowly over a natural wood fire and smoked by hand, never flavoured — and pecans given the same treatment. The coffee that sat in the smoke at the edge of the fire, made on purpose.

What we make

A bag of Texas Smoked Coffee, Original Texas Blend

Original Texas Blend

Oak and hickory smoked · medium roast

The one that started it all. Toasted oak, warm hickory, and a hint of sweet earthiness — smooth enough for sunrise, mellow enough for the long haul.

Midnight Melody

Hickory, pecan, mesquite, maple and oak · medium roast

Named for the cowboys who sang through the night to settle the herd. Five Texas woods — hickory, pecan, mesquite, maple and oak — for the night riders, the truckers, the medics, and everyone else standing watch.

Texas Smoked Pecans

Texas Smoked Pecans

Slow smoked, lightly salted

Gently smoked to bring out a warm, rich flavour without burying the natural sweetness. Good on a dessert, better straight out of the bag.

How it is made

Smoked by hand, over wood, in small batches.

We start with 100% organic Arabica and roast it slowly over a natural wood fire, the way coffee used to be made on the trail. Every batch is smoked by hand. Nothing is flavoured — the smoke is the flavour, and which wood goes on the fire is the whole difference between the two blends.

It is a slow way to make coffee and it does not scale neatly, which is rather the point. Time, heat, and patience are not shortcuts you can take out of it.

Everything is roasted, bagged, and mailed by hand from Texas. Shipping is $6.90 anywhere in the US however many bags you order, $8.90 if you want it sooner, and free over $100. Whole bean only for now.

Restoration Foods

Restore more than taste.

Restoration Foods began with campfire coffee on childhood hunting trips and a stubborn effort to reproduce it on purpose — the smoked roast came out of that.

It grew through seasons that tested body and spirit: health battles survived, a life rebuilt from the ground up, perseverance learned through faith in Yeshua. In those refining fires the lesson was that real restoration begins the same way good coffee does — through patience, heat, and care.

So the mission runs past the cup. Every batch roasted is part of rebuilding what lasts: faith, family, and legacy. One cup at a time.

Restoration Foods and Restoring the Kingdom are the same household and the same conviction — one roasts, the other writes. Books are in the store.
